The Laptop Steering Wheel Desk (Awesome of the Day)

So the Laptop Steering Wheel Desk may have been one of the most idiotic inventions ever, but we can all still rejoice in its creation if only for the comments section on its Amazon page.

“Wow is this thing great!” says user T. Meadows. “I use it as a ‘mini-bar’ when the friends and I go out to the bars. I can quickly fix multiple shots of tequila for myself and the friends as we drive from one bar to the next.”

“I loved my Laptop Steering Wheel Desk so much I got one for my 90yr old mother,” adds S. Kelly. “She is an avid crossword puzzle fan and now she can work on them while she is driving back and forth from bingo at the senior center.”

Other suggested uses for making your drive-time more productive: sewing, playing with a marble maze, sleeping, fixing a meal, and this one from N.E. Kaminski: “This product is the perfect size to allow my miniature dachshund to not only look out the window, but also give me those sweet weiner dog kisses while I’m driving! I did a minor retrofit to fix the problem of my dachsie falling off the desk when I make a turn—-I glued Velcro strips to the upper surface and put little Velcro booties on Schatzie, so she sticks nicely through the tilts. She loves it!”

Not everyone is happy with the Laptop Steering Wheel Desk, though. Newlywed comment is simply titled: “Cannot hold a toddler’s weight! Disappointed.”
