Podcast to feature exclusive interviews, videos and more
Decatur, GA (December 19, 2007) - Paste magazine announced the launch of a new video podcast, “Paste Vision,” available today through iTunes or via www.pastemagazine.com. The new monthly podcasts are about 15 minutes in length, free to view/download, and feature interviews, live performances from the Paste studio, music videos and more.
The debut episode of Paste Vision features Josh Ritter in the Paste studio performing his new song, “The Temptation of Adam.” Alongside the performance, Ritter explains the meaning of the song and the songwriting process. Next, Paste magazine’s editor-in-chief Josh Jackson sits down with actor/musician Jason Schwartzman to discuss Schwartzman’s incredible journey from “Rushmore” to his latest film (also with Wes Anderson), “The Darjeeling Limited.” Additional content and extended footage for each of these interviews (and for future Paste Vision interviews) can be found online at www.pastemagazine.com.
On the business side, Paste Vision is available for corporate sponsorship, and the podcast launches with sponsorship from DELL Lounge.
“We’re so excited to add another dimension to the Paste brand. Through Paste Vision, we can treat our readers to intimate, behind-the-scenes performances and interviews,” explained Tim Regan-Porter, President/Publisher, Paste magazine.
Following the Paste Vision launch, Paste is re-launching their media player, Friday, December 21st, at www.pastemagazine.com. The new player will feature a slick new look along with a growing library of music and video content that is easy to navigate, and best of all, free.
