Brooklyn Academy of Music has set their lineup for the 2013 winter/spring season and returning to the bill is the Crossing Brooklyn Ferry Festival, organized by the National’s Bryce and Aaron Dessner. Lollapalooza recently expanded outside of the U.S. with festivals in Chile and Brazil, but now it’s set to head overseas for a festival in Tel Aviv, Israel, next year on Aug. 20-22. The event is set to take place in conjunction with Israel’s NMC United’s Plug Productions Generator, a music distributor/publisher and production/promotion company.
