Bonnaroo 2008: Day 1

What’s struck me so far about Bonnaroo is how friendly everybody is. I suppose some would chalk it up to the festival being in Tennessee, but I'm not so sure-- I'm from Chattanooga, and I've experienced no shortage of surly Tennesseans in my life, most of them in large groups. Watch Bonnaroo Online, Avoid the Elements

AT&T’s online “blue room” will live webcast this weekend’s Bonnaroo festival in Manchester, Tenn. The nearly sold-out event begins this evening, but there won’t be online content until tomorrow. Some artists guaranteed to show up in the blue room are Wilco, White Stripes, Flaming Lips, Ben Harper and Cold War Kids.
