DAY 2 A city festival definitely has its share of drawbacks. Portland’s Radiation City is set to release an EP, Cool Nightmare, as a follow up to 2011’s The Hands That You Take. While that album was released on cassette by Lizzy Ellison and Cameron Spies, the duo had caught the eyes of many with their dream-pop melodies and have expanded their group and signed to Tender Loving Empire to give their music a proper release. read more
