Knoxville, Tenn.’s Big Ears Festival should be much bigger than its inaugural event last year, continuing to highlight the best in music, visual art and film with a weekend of concerts, exhibitions, screenings, lectures and workshops. It was the Craigslist ad heard 'round the world: Someone out there (well, in Brooklyn) wanted to form a Vampire Weekend cover band, and promised tacos to those who showed up to audition.
