The weekend of July 31 will be the All Points West festival's first birthday, but this party won't be of the ice cream cake-and-piñata variety. Plans are well underway for the festival's second year to include Beastie Boys, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tool and Coldplay. We already flipped out about the announcement that Radiohead will be headlining two, count 'em, two nights of the inaugural All Points West Music and Arts Festival at New Jersey's Liberty State Park August 8-10.
