There was no shortage of music news this week as the famous mural from Elliott Smith’s album Figure 8 was renovated by a group that calls themselves the Punk Rock Marthas, Neil Young & Crazy Horse took to their website to offer an advanced stream of their album Psychedelic Pill, Sufjan Stevens released an awesome—and gory—claymation video for his song, “My. Frosty Man,” fans got to hear the result of Cee Lo’s collaboration with The Muppets for his upcoming Christmas album, two members of Pussy Riot were sent to Siberian prison camps and Calexico played through a blackout. Will Arnett stopped by Conan last night and revealed that both the show’s namesake and his sidekick Andy Richter will be part of the upcoming season in some capacity. All Arrested Development news is important Arrested Development news, right? Deadline reports that actor Chris Diamantopoulos (who recently played Moe in The Three Stooges film) will appear in at least three episodes, though his exact role is being kept under wraps. Arrested Development’s fourth season will premiere on Netflix next spring. Diamantopoulos will also appear on NBC’s Community and Fox’s upcoming midseason comedy The Goodwin Games, and can be seen next year on the big screen starring alongside Liam Hemsworth and Dwayne Johnson in Empire State.... read more
