Beck May Start His Own Printing Press

While producing Mirror Traffic, the upcoming album from Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, Beck revealed to Malkmus another project he was working on. “Beck…said he was trying to start a private press of books and that I should get involved,” Malkmus told Spin. “He asked if I wanted to do something. But I don’t know what the status of that yet because, you know, I haven’t contributed to it yet.” The Pavement frontman said that the “’60s-style private press” would provide “limited edition books of writings, drawings, poetry.” More proof that Beck is not, in fact, a loser....  read more
