Benazir Bhutto biopic in the works

After the release of World Trade Center, many were convinced that Hollywood had the market cornered on exploiting recent geopolitical tragedy for commercial gain. But in a globalized world, no country can reign supreme for too long, and India has stepped up to the plate. The Hindustan Times reports that Vishesh Films, a Mumbai-based production company, will make a biopic that will explore the life of the recently assassinated Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan’s former prime minister.
