The second annual Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, Tenn. features an eclectic lineup for music fans who may not be able to make it to one of the bigger East/West coast festivals. Knoxville, Tenn.’s Big Ears Festival should be much bigger than its inaugural event last year, continuing to highlight the best in music, visual art and film with a weekend of concerts, exhibitions, screenings, lectures and workshops.
