This weekend, Canadian quartet Metric paid tribute to Blondie for VH1 Divas, performing the chart-topping, disco-infused “Heart of Glass” in front of an enthusiastic crowd. The show, hosted by Adam Lambert, also included performances by Bootsy Collins, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson and more, plus tributes to Michael Jackson, Donna Summer and Whitney Houston. Metric is currently on the road promoting their fifth studio album, Synthetica. They recently released the video for “Breathing Underwater,” one of the album’s standout tracks.
