After the huge success Booker T. Jones had with his 2009 record Potato Hole, there were doubts as to whether or not he would continue recording. In his acclaimed career, Jones has only released three solo albums, with gaps of 19 and 28 years between each. But apparently his collaborations with the Drive-By Truckers and Neil Young on that last record went well enough that he opted to take another prolonged recording break.
