Knoxville, Tenn.’s Big Ears Festival should be much bigger than its inaugural event last year, continuing to highlight the best in music, visual art and film with a weekend of concerts, exhibitions, screenings, lectures and workshops. The event, which will go down March 26-28, has expanded to host over 30 artists and bands that are expected to perform about 50 concerts in eight different venues.
