Public Enemy’s Chuck D and American Idol’s Randy Jackson are confirmed to share hosting duties at Stax Records’ 50th anniversary reunion benefit concert, organized to raise money for the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. The event will take place at Memphis’ Orpheum Theater on June 22. So far the lineup includes several artists on the label’s recently released 50th anniversary compilation, such as Booker T and the MGs (featuring Steve Cropper and Duck Dunn), Isaac Hayes and William Bell.
