Hugh Grant Joins Cast of the Wachowskis' Cloud Atlas

Earlier this year we reported on the Wachowski brothers signing on to write and direct the film adaptation of David Mitchell's 2004 novel Cloud Atlas alongside Run Lola Run-helmer Tom Tykwer, with Tom Hanks attached to star. Since then, the cast has swollen significantly with the additions of Halle Berry, Hugo Weaving, Susan Sarandon, Jim Broadbent and Ben Whishaw. Today, Screen Daily reported that English actor Hugh Grant is the latest person to join the star-studded cast. Filming will take place in Glasgow, Scotland.  read more
