The Who’s Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend announced in a digital press conference this afternoon that they’ll be bringing their classic Quadrophenia album on tour in North America beginning late this year. Daltrey promises that the 36-date tour will be an “elaborate production” similar to Roger Waters’ The Wall. The show will focus primarily on Quadrophenia, but other Who material will be performed as well. Tickets will go on sale July 27.
