No, this isn't an update to our earlier report that Aronofsky was working on The Fighter with Brad Pitt and Mark Wahlberg. It turns out that Aronofsky just really needs help in naming things these days, otherwise he ends up with a definite article + noun construction that doesn't lend much to the imagination, like the titles of his two current projects. It seems like just yesterday that Brad Pitt announced he was leaving Darren Aronofsky's The Fountain, putting serious dampers in its production. So again comes the announcement that an actor is leaving Aronofsky's newest project, The Fighter, due again to scheduling projects, except this time the actor leaving is Matt Damon and the actor coming in to save things is...
