Bradford Cox frequently updates the Deerhunter blog that originated as a dumping ground for random thoughts and photos. Over the course of barely half a year, the site has served as a cause of controversy, a place for band announcements and more, but most importantly, Cox regularly uploads music there. Deerhunter soon to go “on hiatus”

Deerhunter fans, welcome to that murky and queasy realm of band activity: the unspecified hiatus. It's sad, but true. Pitchfork reported yesterday on a Deerhunter blog post from group leader Bradford Cox.
