Dirty Projectors cover entire Black Flag album

Wow almighty, is Dirty Projectors’ Black Flag tribute album weird. I’m not sure what else to say about it except that it doesn’t seem like a middle-ground kind of thing. The topsy-turvyness will either blow you away or trigger an uncontrollable grimace. What happened was, Projectors-man Dave Longstreth found an empty cassette case of Black Flag’s Damaged while helping his parents clean out the house he grew up in.
