Edwin A. Salt to star Angelina Jolie instead of Tom Cruise

The title role in Edwin A. Salt, a male CIA agent, may sound like a role more suited to Tom Cruise than Angelina Jolie, but that’s about to change. Cruise, tentatively slated for the lead role in the Columbia Pictures thriller, has been replaced in negotiations by Jolie.
