Jon Favreau, Seth Green, Roberto Orci and Michael Dougherty have all combined powers to write Ex-Comm, which sounds like a combination of The X-Files and The West Wing. Sam Rockwell will join Harrison Ford, Daniel Craig and Olivia Wilde in the upcoming film adaptation of the graphic novel Cowboys & Aliens, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The casting re-teams Rockwell with his Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau. Rockwell plays a bar owner who joins a team of cowboys and Native Americans who team up to fight off an alien invasion. Until now, only hints and teasers have come out for Iron Man 2. But as of last night, the first full-length, plot-heavy trailer has been released for the much-anticipated film. Scarlett Johanssen joins for the sequel, playing seductress the Black Widow, and Oscar-nominated Mickey Rourke continues his comeback as a nemesis named Whiplash. Don Cheadle will replace Terrence Howard, reportedly because salary negotiations fell through. Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark and Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, and Jon Favreau will both co-star and direct again. Iron Man 2 hits theaters on May 7.
