Josh Ritter is going on tour; ah, the stuff that dreams are made of. Last time he went on a little jaunt, Ritter let us read his diary. We didn’t even have to go sneaking into his hotel room, digging under mattresses to find it. Dawn Landes is currently supporting his dates in the Netherlands and United Kingdom. Ritter will then return to the U.S. and join forces with Hilary Hahn. A Grammy-winning violinist, Hahn was the soloist in the score for The Village, among many other ventures. Paste Vision goes live with video exclusives

PasteMagazine.com has a new addition to its ever-growing blog family: Paste Vision. Far removed from Wonka Vision and x-ray vision, this new feature will include monthly installments of favorite artists from the pages of Paste and beyond. The blog started in December, with January’s entry on the way soon. The first episode features Josh Ritter and an interview with Jason Schwartzman (The Darjeeling Limited, I Heart Huckabees). Josh Ritter Runs NYC Marathon

Folk-pop maestro Josh Ritter will join the New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 5 to benefit public radio station WFUV at Fordham University. After running the 26-mile trek, Ritter will play an exclusive set for pledging members of the station. To contribute, WFUV will be on air taking contributions throughout the week.
