It keeps getting better to be a Liar. After 2006’s sadistic pleasure Drums Not Dead, the band has a new album, Liars, coming out August 28, and we’re really excited. Now, they’ve gone ahead and announced a major fall tour opening for Interpol. They’ll be playing everywhere from Madison Square Garden to the L.A. Forum. Also, check out the new video for “Plaster Casts of Everything,” the first single off the upcoming album. Since releasing their pioneering dance-punk debut They Threw Us All in a Trench and Stuck a Monument on Top in 2001, these rockers have done pretty much everything to fit the pretentious rocker modus operandi.
