For the second year in a row, Paste teamed up with Sennheiser at the Newport Folk Festival to capture intimate recordings of some of our favorite artists. In 2012, we stepped it up a notch by providing wireless headphones to attendees, giving fans a glimpse into this unique experience. When we met up with Graverobbers, singer James Maple’s guitar picking and echoing voice fit perfectly with the rustic atmosphere of the Rhode Island shore. Live from Newport Folk: Apache Relay

For the second year in a row, Paste joined forces with Sennheiser at the legendary Newport Folk Festival to record unique performances with some of our favorite artists. To top off the intimate atmosphere and high-quality sound, we stepped it up in 2012 by giving fans wireless headphones to enjoy these sessions as they were happening. Nashville band Apache Relay made an appearance at the Paste Ruins for a performance of “American Nomad,” the title track for their 2011 full-length album.
