Manchester Orchestra tours more, issues 7-inch, doc

As we previously reported, the Atlanta natives of Manchester Orchestra have been on tour this fall. Now, the indie-rock group has extended its North American tour all the way through Nov. 20, co-headlining with Annuals. The Georgia boys have also teamed up with Annuals to produce a limited edition 7-inch, in which both bands cover each other’s songs. The album is only being sold at the shows, though, so you best get tickets if you want a chance to hear this unique collaboration. Manchester Orchestra joins Kings of Leon in Sept.

Atlanta indie rockers Manchester Orchestra soon joins Kings of Leon and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club on tour in September, amid scattered bunchings of headlining gigs and festivals. Notably, the band will make its television debut on Sept. 6 in a wacky sitcom starring Mike O’Malley and David Hyde Pierce on Late Night with David Letterman.
