Frequent collaborators Will Ferrell and Adam McKay have joined forces with actress Anne Heche for a new half-hour NBC comedy called The Judge, according to Deadline. The trio will produce the single-camera series written by Chad Kultgen (The Incredible Burt Wonderstone) based on an idea Heche presented to Ferrell and McKay’s Gary Sanchez Prods about a promiscuous woman who skirts the law while maintaining her job as a court judge. Heche will also be producing another female-centered comedy for NBC, the upcoming mid-season series Save Me in which she will also star.... read more
