Last month, Paste gave you a free download of “Never Going Back,” a track from Samantha Crain’s forthcoming album Kid Face. The track itself exemplifies the kinds of heartfelt lyrics for which Crain has been lauded since the beginning of her career. Kid Face will be Crain’s third full-lenth. She recorded the album with the help of producer John Vanderslice, and it is set for release on Ramseur Records on Feb. 19. Lindsey Buckingham, Grammy winning singer-songwriter and guitarist, has recorded his first solo acoustic album for release on Nov. 13. The album, Lindsey Buckingham: One Man Show, features recordings from a single evening in Des Moines, Iowa. At this show, Buckingham played hits like “Go Your Own Way” and “Cast Away Dreams,” and opted for minimal post-production.
