The Feb. 22 evening, at New York’s Knitting Factory, featured performances by Joseph Arthur and the Lonely Astronauts, Farrar’s Son Volt, the jaw-dropping musical stylings of guitar goddess Kaki King and a short set from Brandi Carlile, who ably covered Radiohead’s “Creep” in addition to songs from her anticipated sophomore set The Story.
