Former Queens of the Stone Age Bassist Charged with Four Felonies

It’s been a rough month for the former Queens of the Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri. As "TMZ reported":http://www.tmz.com/2011/08/13/queens-of-the-stone-age-bassist-nick-oliveri-swat-standoff-loaded-rifle-charged-possession-cocaine-meth/, Oliveri was charged with four felony counts after a July 12 S.W.A.T. standoff with police that stemmed from a domestic disturbance call. The charges are “two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer.” Oliveri’s maximum sentence if convicted is 15 years in prison.   read more
