Apple Sues Samsung Over Tablet

Samsung’s response to the iPad 2 seemed to match the level of Apple’s technology and design on every level. In fact, Apple felt the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was too close to its own design and issued a patent lawsuit against the South Korean technology company and last week a German court stopped the sales of the Samsung’s tablet in the European Union. Since the court’s decision, Apple has also won an agreement in Australia which means Samsung would not be able to sell their new tablet until the patent lawsuit is settled.   read more
