Sennheiser/Paste Party in Austin Preview: Reptar

Sennheiser & Paste are teaming up for a three-day party during SXSW. Sennheiser & Paste Present the Stages on Sixth will feature 33 of our favorite bands in Austin, Texas, March 14 to 16. During the 33 days leading up to the event, we’re previewing a different each day. We hope to see you in Austin—RSVP if you can make it. Dinosaur Feathers Kickstart Benefit for Stolen Gear

The Brooklyn boys recently hit an unexpected bump while preparing for their spring tour when their van suffered from a break in, leaving then equipmentless. After filing a police report, calling local music stores, watching craislist and ebay sales and filing an insurance claim, they found none of their losses could be covered, not even the repairs to fix the vans unhinged door. read more

SXSW Announces Third Round of Bands

South By Southwest announced today the third round of bands for its 2012 festival. Acts from the announcement include Blouse, Teengirl Fantasy, Lucero, PUJOL and Psychic Ills. SXSW 2012 will take place from March 13-18 and will again be centered around the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. read more
