The Hives are continuing the rapid depletion of original monochromatic LP titles by naming their upcoming full-length The Black and White Album, reflecting the tones of their occasionally Colonel Sanders-esque wardrobe. Black and White hits UK shelves Oct. 8, preceded by the single “Tick Tick Boom” on Sept. 24. Folks in the states will have to piddle around the brand new, grayscaled Hives website until an official U.S. date is announced.
