While publications throughout the world are recapping the year in music by compiling a list, The Hype Machine enlisted Major Lazer and The Hood Internet to create something a little more entertaining. The site determined the most blogged about and favorited tracks of the year and had the producers create mashups. The two 30-minute mixes include some of the biggest names in music (Usher, Beyoncé) as well as rookies that are leaving a mark (Kendrick Lamar, Azealia Banks).
