Mariachi El Bronx Announces Album Release Date

The L.A. punks of The Bronx turned some heads back in 2009 with their mariachi-inspired side project, but the ensemble became an unexpected success. Mariachi El Bronx will return this summer with Mariachi El Bronx (II), the follow-up to their self-titled debut. Inspired by the mariachi bands they grew up around in Los Angeles, the band temporarily traded in their hardcore attire and electric guitars for traditional Mexican clothing and instruments.
