The Ocean Blue, a band that catapulted to success with their debut record in 1989, has announced the release of their forthcoming full-length Ultramarine. Although the band self-released several recordings in the past few years after leaving major labels behind, Ultramarine will be released via Korda Records on Mar. 19. “This record unfolded in slow motion, at a glacial pace,” said band singer/songwriter David Schelzel in a recent press release.
