Three years after her debut Six Three One, Los Angeles native Tracy Spuehler will release her sophomore record It’s The Sound on Aug. 10. The former MTV, CMT and VH1 producer made waves in 2001 when her first album received airplay on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic.
