Charis Tsevis Designs
Charis Tsevis of Tsevis Visual Design is a designer living in the Athens, Greece. He uses a variety of approaches and techniques in his work, including Gestalt theory, futurism and cubism. Particularly noteworthy are his mosaics comprised of extremely tiny photographs, that when shrunk and placed next to hundreds of similar photographs, create the illusion of a full shape. When zoomed in, though, you can see the minute details involved in the image. A floor-to-ceiling blackboard runs the 22-meter length of an office at London marketing agency Work Club. Every six months, a different emerging artist draws on it, but cleverest is Mat Williams. Over the course of two days (and 20 white markers), he wrote out 288 lines first scribbled by Bart Simpson during various Simpsons intros, from “I WILL NOT WASTE CHALK” to “I WILL NOT RUN OUT OF BLACKBOARD JOKES.”... read more
