Given the recent announcement of a new EP, album and tour, it's becoming increasingly apparent Manchester Orchestra's lead singer Andy Hull might be the busiest man in music.

Just take a look at the list of things Hull's been working on:

1. A Manchester Orchestra EP, Let My Pride Be What's Left Behind, will hit stores Oct. 14. The EP/DVD combo contains three live songs, two new tracks (including "I Can Feel a Hot One," which can be streamed on the band's MySpace), and a short-form documentary of the band on tour. The "Hot One" single, incidentally, will be featured on a Sept. 15 episode of the CW's Gossip Girl.

2. Hull will release his second album under his Ernest Hemingway-influenced solo venture, Right Away, Great Captain! , on Nov. 11. The album, The Eventually Home (along with the Manchester Orchestra EP) will be sold exclusively at stores.

3. Meanwhile, Manchester Orchestra is due back in the studio this week in Nashville to record its second album, to be titled Mean Everything to Nothing. The band has its sights set on a Spring 2009 release date.

Finally, Hull and his Manchester Orchestra crew have just announced a predominantly east-coast tour for this winter. Dates listed below:
