It's really happening. The much-hyped new album from Eminem, lost from the music industry for four years, has a title. And it's not Empack or King Mathers.
His sixth album, coming out sometime this year, will be called Relapse, and already has a song leaked on the web ("I'm Having a Relapse"). The title was announced by the rapper himself during the last few moments of the book party for his new memoir The Way I Am in NYC.
All this and Em still has that other book coming out on Nov. 1. Yet, something tells us he isn't quite as excited about that particular release. Maybe he doesn't care. While the rapper has yet to comment on the tell-all written by his mother, the book seems to be more about her issues surrounding his career than what he's actually been through.
In other Em news, the rapper is once again teaming with Nike to design his own custom Jordan's sneaker. The kicks will reportedly be limited edition, with 313 pairs being made as a homage to the area code of Detroit. The shoes will feature handwritten lyrics and all proceeds from the sales will go to The Marshall Mathers Foundation.
