With songs a-plenty to catalog his penchant for aimless wandering, Bob Dylan is the kind of songwriter who's seemingly been everywhere.

Perhaps that's why certain companies have approached the musician to lend his signature gravelly voice to their GPS systems. Dylan made the announcement during the latest episode of his XM Radio talk show, "Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour."

Dylan, though fearless when testing his hand at painting and Christmas songs, expressed doubts in his navigational capabilities. "I probably shouldn't do it because whichever way I go, I always end up at one place: Lonely Avenue," he said.
