Over 270 bands on-the-brink will get stage time in Cincinnati's indie-rock showcase, the MidPoint Music Festival, which spans this Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 24-26.
Deemed with the pet name MPMF.09, this three-day musical merrymaking will see hundreds of bands from across the globe filter through 23 venues located in downtown Cincinnati and northern Kentucky.
Notables include Wussy, the Pomegranates, Chairlift, The Dynamites featuring Charles Walker, Sarah Borges and the Broken Singles, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, and the city's own Heartless Bastards.
