The schedule for the 2010 Austin City Limits Music Festival promises a pretty good time for this year’s ticketholders. The Zilker Park event kicks off at 11:15 a.m. with Two Tons of Steel Friday, Oct. 8 and keeps the music coming till The Eagles wrap up their set at 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Other festival headliners include The Flaming Lips, Muse, M.I.A., Phish, The Strokes, Vampire Weekend and Sonic Youth.
While three-day passes and single-day tickets for the event have already sold out, VIP tickets and Austin City Limits travel packages, which include three-day or VIP passes in addition to a three-night stay at an Austin hotel, are still available. VIP tickets are going for $850 on the Austin City Limits website, and travel packages affiliated with Austin’s downtown Hilton hotel come to $923.40 (general admission) and $1739.40 (VIP).
