Bring Our Music (B.O.M.B.) has announced the lineup for its third-annual festival.
This year’s event has moved to a new location, with Western Connecticut University serving as the festival’s partner site. The festival will take place Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29. The Memorial Day weekend party will feature multiple artists from a range of genres; including hip-hop, indie and alternative rock. Check out the varied lineup below:
Weezer, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Coheed and Cambria, Neon Trees, State Radio, George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic, The New Pornographers, Against Me!, Best Coast, HEALTH, RJD2, Titus Andronicus, The Cool Kids, Wavves and EOTO, Portugal. The Man, Man Man, Dum Dum Girls, The Felice Brothers, Dam-Funk, Freelance Whales, Holy Fuck, Daedelus, Quintron and Miss Pussycat, Dan Deacon, 12th Planet, Free Energy, Woods, Real Estate, Nosaj Thing, The Hood Internet,Toubab Krewe, ESKMO, Small Black, River City Extension, Big Freedia, David Wax Museum, Roots of Creation, and more
Twenty-five local artists will also perform at the festival this year.
Early bird tickets are available now at BombFest.com. General tickets go on sale at 6 a.m. on Friday, March 4.
Proceeds from the festival will benefit Bring Our Music Back, Inc., an organization that provides music scholarships, music enrichment and education programs, music and healing initiatives and community support and outreach. This year, one of the organizations charitable initiatives includes the creation of an Emerging Artist Scholarship Fund at Western Connecticut State University.
