Depeche Mode Members Form New Band

Two of the original four Depeche Mode founding members, Vince Clarke and Martin Gore, have announced a new musical side project, VCMG, as well as an upcoming album and remix EPs, according to Rolling Stone.

Clarke left the group in 1981, just a year after its formation. Apparently, he contacted Gore earlier this year through email asking if he was interested in collaboration. The duo’s first remix EP, titled Spock, will be released exclusively on Beatport on Nov. 30, while their first album is due out early next year.
