Mumford & Sons
performed a new song at Philadelphia’s Radio 104.5 earlier this week. The song, either called “Ghosts That We Knew” or just simply “Ghosts” depending on which band member you ask, is a slow ballad reminiscent of “Timshel” from Sigh No More.
It features Marcus Mumford plucking away at his guitar singing slowly and passionately with very stripped-down backing instrumentation for almost two minutes before the tempo picks up subtly.
