The Artist Wins Big at BAFTAs

Yesterday, while most of you were watching LL Cool J host the Grammys, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts took place and to no one’s surprise The Artist won big. The BAFTAs, commonly known as the British Oscars, is one of the main award shows along with the Golden Globes that helps predicts who will take home an Oscar.

Nearly every film that won a major award also won the award at this last month’s Golden Globes. It seems that the award season is going to be a tidy one with very little upsets.
