At the Drive-In, fIREHOSE Members Set to Release Album as Anywhere

Anywhere— a supergroup that features experienced punk-rockers Cedric Bixler-Zavala (The Mars Volta, At The Drive-In) on drums and vocals, Mike Watt (Minutemen, fIREHOSE, The Stooges) on bass and frontman Christian Eric Beaulieu (Triclops!)—is slated to release their debut album May 14 on ATP Recordings, Consequence of Sound reported.

Anywhere formed in California as the latest evolution of Beaulieu’s eastern-influenced solo moniker Liquid Indian. Introduced in Los Angeles at an art gallery of a mutual friend, Beaulieu and Bixler-Zavala decided to collaborate on a record and later recruited Watt. Former Sleepy Sun singer Rachel Fannan appears on two of the album’s tracks.

A limited release of 500 vinyl records on Record Store Day precedes the May release date. Check out the title track below.
