Ray Liotta and James Gandolfini in the same gangster film? With Brad Pitt playing a cigarette-smoking, long-haired hit man? Sounds good to us.
A trailer was recently released for Killing Them Softly, which stars Pitt, Liota and Gandolfini, and marks writer/director Andrew Dominik’s first film since 2007’s The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, which also starred Pitt.
Killing Them Soflty centers around Jackie Cogan (played by Pitt), who is investigating a heist that took place during a mob-protected poker game. It is currently scheduled for an Oct. 19 release.
