According to Deadline, the Warner Bros. comedy Mail Order Groom has been delayed until next year due to scheduling conflicts for stars Steve Carell and Tina Fey.
Fey is currently shooting Disney’s Muppets…Again! in Europe and Carell is reprising his breakout role as weatherman Brick Tamland in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.
Since wrapping up 30 Rock in January, Fey has hosted the Golden Globes, appeared on Inside the Actors Studio and starred in Admission with Paul Rudd. Fey will also star in This Is Where I Leave You with Jason Bateman after filming her role for the Muppets sequel.
Carell recently released The Incredible Burt Wonderstone and has The Way, Way Back, Foxcatcher and Despicable Me 2 due out later this year. The former lead in The Office will also star as the father in the film adaptation of the famous children’s book Alexander And The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.
Mail Order Groom is expected to begin production in 2014.
